By creating an account, logging in, or using Plutony in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. When you use YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). If you do not agree, you must not use our platform or services. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country to consent to data processing) to use Plutony. If you are under 18, you should use the service with your parent or guardian's knowledge and consent. Account registration requires a valid email address; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials and contact details secure. One account per person; you may not share or transfer your account. We may require you to verify your email or identity where necessary for security or compliance.

Plutony is a platform that helps parents and guardians assess the suitability of digital content for children. Our services include:

• AI-powered content suitability analysis (e.g. films, series, games, YouTube channels; YouTube features may use publicly available metadata provided through YouTube API Services) using child age and optional preferences
• User and expert review system, including ratings and recommendations (recommended / conditional / not recommended)
• Expert opinions and recommendations from qualified contributors
• Child profiles (nickname, birth date, language, optional avatar) for age-appropriate recommendations
• Blog and educational content
• Content search, filtering, and discovery tools
• Referral programme and gamification (e.g. Plu points and badges) where offered
• Transactional emails (e.g. magic link login, review verification) and optional push notifications

When using Plutony you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information (including in reviews and profiles)
• Respect the rights and privacy of others; do not harass, defame, or post illegal or harmful content
• Not use the service for spam, automated scraping, or to circumvent security or rate limits
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party services we use
• Not misuse the review or moderation systems (e.g. fake reviews, manipulation)
• Comply with all applicable laws and these terms

Your use of Plutony is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your data. By using our services you consent to that processing. We process child-related data only as provided by the parent or guardian and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (including KVKK and GDPR where applicable).

Plutony's name, logo, design, software, and original content (excluding third-party content such as films or games we describe) are owned by Plutony or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial use without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. reviews); you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

Plutony provides information and tools for guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis, review, or recommendation. Content suitability decisions remain the sole responsibility of parents or guardians. Our AI and expert outputs are opinions, not professional or legal advice. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our platform or for any harm resulting from content that third parties (e.g. YouTube, game or film providers) make available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plutony and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months before the claim (or 100 TRY / equivalent if you have paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access or account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. You may close your account at any time via the app or by contacting us. On termination, your right to use the service ceases; we may retain and use data as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g. for legal compliance or dispute resolution).

• Threats to security, integrity, or availability of the service
• Operational or legal necessity

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. For material changes we may notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service and may close your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
